Travelwise is growing and we are looking for someone to join our team to Open up the World for our People. Travelwise is the FCTG travel team and part of WISES dedicated to offering our people travel benefits through expert knowledge exclusive deals and products. This is an exciting role that requires a dynamic individual with a passion for creating amazing travel experiences for our FCTG people. Along with solid product knowledge exceptional customer service and problem-solving attributes.
The Role
- Customer Service manage booking enquiries via email phone and in person
- Support and cheerlead for the Travelwise Benefit
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and our FCTG people
- Creating tailormade holidays for our people
- Attend product training information sessions and supplier events
About You
- Minimum 1 years experience as a successful Travel Consultant
- Proficient in both command and graphic Amadeus with ability to understand fare rules and reissue tickets
- Mid office (OMNIS) and Helio experience
- Solid product knowledgeand ability to create itineraries and travel plans offering advice based off real travel experience or strong industry knowledge
- Ability to book tours cruises and all third party suppliers.
- Ability to handle high volume of enquiry and manage multiple enquiries at any given timeunder a strict 24hr SLA
- Experience dealing with airlines and suppliers
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-driven can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills
- Ability to think outside the box when it comes to procuring the best deals for our people.
