Job Role: Spanish Teacher
Location: Gurgaon
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher to teach students across CBSE Cambridge and IB curricula. The ideal candidate will foster language proficiency in listening speaking reading and writing while promoting cultural awareness and global perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish as a foreign language across CBSE Cambridge (IGCSE) and IB (MYP/DP) programmes
- Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
- Develop students skills in speaking listening reading and writing
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments and examinations
- Use interactive communicative and inquiry-based teaching strategies
- Incorporate cultural elements of Spanish-speaking countries into lessons
- Assess student progress and provide timely constructive feedback
- Maintain academic records lesson plans and assessment documentation
- Collaborate with language departments and curriculum coordinators
- Participate in school events training and professional development
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Spanish / Foreign Languages or related field
- Teaching qualification (./PGCE/DELE or equivalent) preferred
- Experience teaching CBSE / Cambridge / IB curricula is an advantage
- Strong command of spoken and written Spanish
- Familiarity with international assessment patterns and frameworks
- Excellent communication classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Passion for language learning and multicultural education
