Role Overview:

We are hiring aSupply Chain ProjectsandPlanning BPO Leadto strengthen our Planning process excellence and support Huntsmans ongoing digital and operational transformation.
In this role you will drive continuous improvement of our PlantoProduce processes lead regional and global supply chain projects and ensure our planning systems (especially SAP PP/MM) are used to their full capability.

Role Responsibilities:

As aSupply Chain ProjectsandPlanning BPO Lead you willbe responsible for:

• Acting asBusinessProcess Owner (BPO) for endtoend Planning (PlantoProduce) processes.

• Drivingstandardisation governance documentation KPIs and process improvements.

• Leading regional and global planning and systems projects ensuring strong alignment with global strategy.

• Representingthe EAME region in global PP/BPO forums and crossfunctional initiatives.

• Serving as functional owner for SAP PP/MM translating businessrequirementsand supporting system design testing and deployment.

• Retrievinganalysing and interpreting SAP data to drive decisionmaking andidentifyefficiency opportunities.

• Supportingcapabilitybuilding training and knowledge sharing across planning communities.

• Collaborating closely with Supply Chain Quality IT Automation PMO and site operational teams.

• Influencing stakeholders without direct authority and ensuring adoption of new processes.

• Participating in process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:

• Strong background inSupply Chain PlanningorProduction Planningwithin a manufacturing environment.

• Solid handson experience withSAP PP/MM.

• Strong process ownership mindset and experience in process mapping & continuous improvement.

• Proven experience managing crossfunctional projects ideally in multisite or global environments.

• High IT literacy and eagerness to learn new digital tools (Power BI; Databricks is a plus but learnable).

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to interpret data and propose solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey technical/process topics to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to influence without authority combined with strong active listening and critical questioning skills.

• Resilience independence and ability to deliver quickly in a complex environment.
