Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager with 4 years to join our Wahroonga office home to an established and highly skilled property management team.

In this role youll manage a well maintained portfolio with the full support of our dedicated leasing inspections and administrative teams giving you the time and space to focus on what you do best delivering exceptional service to your clients.

About you:

Minimum of 4 years experience in residential property management.
Strong team player mentality.
Excellent time management skills.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Motivation and resilience in the face of challenges.
Proficiency in property management software Property Tree & Inspection Express
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW).
Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
