Key Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the schools network infrastructure servers and systems
Ensuring network security data protection and safeguarding compliance
Leading on IT support provision for staff and pupils
Managing hardware software and licensing across the school
Overseeing system upgrades backups and disaster recovery planning
Liaising with external IT providers and contractors where required
Supporting the strategic development of technology across the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in IT network management ideally within an education setting
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure server management and cybersecurity
Experience with Windows servers cloud systems (e.g. Microsoft 365) and MIS platforms
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive reliable and solutions-focused approach
