Key Responsibilities:
Collect and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Support the Sales team in acquiring new projects.
Maintain a strong understanding of the EV charging market and relevant regulations.
Lead RFQ/RFI processes and achieve project targets according to defined milestones.
Execute projects as the local support representative in Europe.
Act as Project Manager for the fast-charging business based in Germany.
Serve as a key project driver to ensure timely and high-quality project results.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Degree in Science or Engineering or a related field.
More than one year of experience in the Li-ion power battery industry or ECU development.
Strong communication skills proficiency in English and German as working languages.
Ability to communicate effectively with German and other European customers.
Solid understanding of the EV charging industry.
Project management experience.
