About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles including all-electric cars buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Main Responsibilities
Dealers orders collecting sorting & compiling validating and all the confirmed orders executing monitoring controlling and fulfilment management.
Issuing and coordinating the confirmed orders in terms of model and quantity and following up the completion of the confirmed orders fulfilment and deliveries.
Monitoring and coordinating the changes in demands and abnormal production capacity of various mass-produced models and timely feeding backs to the sales.
Sales quota assessment and management of dealer tripartite financing business promoting the improvement in order settlements and optimizing operation processes.
Dealer payment monitoring and reporting coordinating and following up abnormal AR issues.
Following-up state and local government subsidies policies and regulations on new energy vehicles and handling subsidy-related matters with regard to the payment collection (AR).
Responsible for organizing all activities related to logistics for finished vehicles destined for the French market;
To communicate effectively with all departments of the company in France and throughout Europe logistics colleagues from BYD headquarters in China and to ensure external communication with LSPs (logistics service providers) and dealers;
Provide real-time information for shipments both inbound and outbound to ensure the continuous improvement of the entire logistics flow;
Control logistics costs and offer the most efficient logistics solution;
Communicate daily with BYD China headquarters to report shipment status;
Be in daily contact with local logistics service partners to monitor the real-time status of shipments/transports;
Keep track of all shipments and prepare all necessary documents and payments;
Other related contingent tasks and assignments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Supply Chain or related field.
1 years of experience in planning business analysis or operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
