Job Summary

Role:
Configure and enhance Omada Identity modules (roles policies workflows lifecycle)
Implement and maintain connectors for AD/Entra ID and enterprise applications
Support development and testing of provisioning synchronization and reconciliation jobs
Develop request/approval workflows forms attribute mappings and recertification logic
Troubleshoot Omada operational issues (jobs queues provisioning errors)
Maintain configuration documentation and support handover to operations
Execute changes within ITSM processes (change release test artefacts)

Essential requirements:
Hands-on Omada Identity implementation & configuration
Connector development (AD/Entra ID APIs SQL-based systems)
Workflow form and policy configuration (requests approvals recertification)
Solid understanding of provisioning concepts identity lifecycle SoD basics
Experience in troubleshooting (logs job failures sync issues)
MS SQL Server basics related to Omada configuration (queries views performance awareness) Strong documentation and structured delivery approach
English

Meritorious:
Experience with REST/PowerShell for custom connectors
Familiarity with Azure services (Entra ID Key Vault)
Test automation experience in IAM environments
ITIL 4 Foundation or similar certifications
Swedish
