Salary: R41 000 - 63 000 CTC

What the job involves

  • Designing and executing end-to-end monitoring and evaluation frameworks for complex multi-year projects

  • Translating impact goals and project logic into clear practical measurement plans

  • Designing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools (surveys interviews etc.)

  • Analysing data and turning it into actionable insights that improve delivery

  • Supporting Partnerships and Innovation teams with proposal input and funder reporting

  • Building high-quality dashboards and reports for funders and internal stakeholders

  • Owning and evolving organisational M&E standards and indicator definitions

  • Strengthening data discipline and literacy across the organisation

  • Collaborating closely across teams to ensure reporting frameworks work in real operational contexts


What you need to be considered

  • 5 years experience in monitoring & evaluation impact measurement or complex reporting environments

  • Proven experience managing large funder-driven or outcome-linked reporting requirements

  • Strong expertise in survey design data collection methodologies statistical analysis and qualitative research

  • Hands-on experience across the full M&E lifecycle from planning to reporting

  • Experience working with CRMs or data platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Ability to build reports and dashboards using BI tools

  • Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages (advantageous)

  • Experience in education workforce development social impact or non-profit environments

  • Strong communication skills able to translate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • A genuine passion for social impact education and technology

  • Have contributed to funding proposals or large-scale programme design

  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building clarity out of complexity

  • Have helped embed data systems or reporting workflows in growing organisations
