Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Sandton
Job Type: 12 month contract expected to work Full-Time hours
Industry: Healthcare (Strategic IT Business Transformation Project)
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment & Business Case Ownership
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (resource-loaded where required).
- Manage multi-workstream delivery (IT Operations Change Vendors).
- Integrate waterfall and agile delivery approaches where appropriate.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Maintain alignment across dependent projects and initiatives.
- Oversee quality assurance of all deliverables.
- Control change orders and commercial negotiations.
- Manage contract performance and service level compliance.
- Establish formal RAID framework.
- Operate as primary interface between Executive leadership and delivery teams.
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems (IT Operations Finance Legal Regulatory).
Required Qualifications:
Relevant Degree or Diploma
PMP certification
Experience:
10 years of experience as a Project Manager must have experience working on IT Projects Business Transformation or Strategic Projects.
Strategic Thinker Analytical Good communicator needs to function on the C-Suite Level
