Job Description:
The candidate will support business development for isolation products in industrial automation automotive and renewable energy is a role where the candidate will promote
optocoupler products through technical support to will articulate the value proposition of our products to address the application needs of high voltage systems.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Technical support and promoting optocoupler products to customers in servo motor inverter converter and charger applications
- Translates customer requirements into new product definition
- Competitive analysis of isolation solutions and provide market updates
- Presentation of portfolio and value proposition to customers
- Influencing critical Design-In activities with identified key customers and channels
- Conduct technical training to Japan Sales and Channel Field Applications Engineers
- Assume the role of IEC Japan representative for Broadcom
- Initiating marketing programs promotion and tradeshows with channel partners to optimize push-pull strategy through channels
- Coordinating hardware reference design and collaboration for gate driver and sensing applications with power device manufacturers
- Support technical documents translation to Japanese language
Requirement:
- Master/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with minimum of 5 years in semiconductor marketing business development application or related experience
- Strong team player
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual and proficient in English and Japanese languages
- Familiar with analog components current / voltage sensing gate drivers for power devices will be added advantage
- Knowledge in UL/IEC compliance and EN standards for isolation products and high voltage systems will be added advantage
- Moderate travel required
