Senior Project Manager Building Consultancy & Energy and Sustainability Solutions(m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Beratung von Investoren in allen Bereichen der Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit (ESG Taxonomie SFDR und Dekarbonisierung)
Leitung der Beratungsprojekte im Kontext des Nachhaltigen Bauens insbesondere im Rahmen von Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen (DGNB BREEAM WELL oder LEED) und Lebenszyklusanalysen
Leitung der bauökologischen Beratung und Begleitung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten
Erarbeitung von ganzheitlichen Lösungen im Sinne unserer Kunden in abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Projektmonitoring bzw. Baucontrolling
Durchführung von TDDs für alle Nutzungsklassen (Büro Produktion Logistik Hotel Wohnen Pflegeheime etc.
Technische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung von Eigentümern Investoren und Mietern

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Architekten Bau- oder TGA-/Versorgungsingenieur (m/w/d) alternativ Techniker oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA mit langjähriger Erfahrung
relevante Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Bauprojektmanagement in der Projektentwicklung im Bereich TDD Projektmonitoring oder Nachhaltigkeitsberatung
Gute technische (bauliche Gewerke TGA Brandschutz) sowie baurechtliche Kenntnisse (u.a. Planungs- und Bauordnungsrecht Betreiber- und Instandhaltungspflichten Grundbuch etc.)
Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit zur Verfassung von Berichten in Deutsch und Englisch
Interesse am eigenständigen konzentrierten und genauen Arbeiten
Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
