MUST BE A NEW GRAD FROM AN ENGINEERING PROGRAM.

Purpose of Role:

Kickstart your engineering career with our dynamic two-year rotational program in Research Development and Designwhere youll drive innovation with our Technology team to design and develop industry leading solutions for pumps valves and hydro-cyclones propelling our companys growth and industry leadership.

Your homebase will be Salt Lake City. During the program you will also spend approximately 3 months at an international location (To be determined).

Join our dynamic two-year rotational program in Research Development and Design where youll learn from and collaborate with industry-leading experts.

Field Success Engineering

Apply your engineering skills in live slurry circuits (pumps valves cyclones) to boost performance and feed real field data back into product design.

Project Management Office (PMO)

Master the full project lifecyclephase gates planning and deliveryusing industrystandard tools on meaningful engineering initiatives.

Service Engineering & Product Management

Partner with customers and product leaders to turn realworld needs into product roadmaps sharpening both your technical and commercial edge.

Design Engineering & Test Centre/Lab

Run experiments and prototype evaluations connecting test results directly to design improvements and new product development.

Education and Qualifications:

• Must be a recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Completion of the FE exam within the two-year Weir Employment - Graduate Program is required along with eligibility to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure within six years of employment with Weir.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to travel internationally including a three-month assignment at a location to be determined.
