- Minimum Grade 12.
- Sectional Title Management (STSMA) Certificate (Paddocks or similar)
- Homowners Association (HOA) Certificate (Paddocks or similar)
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) as well as compliance in terms of the education requirements with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
- At least 3 5 years of experience in property/centre management industry.
- Valid Drivers license
