Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:

Minimum Grade 12.
Sectional Title Management (STSMA) Certificate (Paddocks or similar)
Homowners Association (HOA) Certificate (Paddocks or similar)
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) as well as compliance in terms of the education requirements with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
At least 3 5 years of experience in property/centre management industry.
Valid Drivers license
