IT Network Support Engineer

Techy is a leading company in the technology industry, based in Delhi, India. We are currently seeking an IT Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Network Support Engineer with Techy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our network systems to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions

- Ensure network security and compliance with company policies

- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on network-related issues

- Conduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proven experience in network administration and support

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud networking solutions

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
