The Team You will be an integral member of a comprehensive Western-trained medical unit. The department is directed by a Lead British Doctor with additional support from onboard Physiotherapists and a cohort of elite nursing peers. This collaborative structure ensures that clinical decisions are shared and that hospital-grade standards are maintained at anchor or at sea.
The Safety To prioritize patient safety and staff longevity the medical department operates a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you always have a qualified clinical partner for support and guarantees structured rest periods allowing you to maintain peak vigilance throughout your rotation without the risk of fatigue.
