We are looking for a (Senior) Compensation & Benefits Specialist who sees beyond the spreadsheets someone who understands that behind every data point is a colleague dedicated to patient care.
In this role you arent just managing payroll data; you are the architect of our remuneration frameworks. You will blend analytical precision with deep empathy to ensure our DocMorris package remains competitive fair and transparent for everyone.
Your Mission: Strategic Impact through Data
As our strategic and technical lead for Compensation & Benefits you will ensure our rewards systems are as agile and innovative as our this role you arent just managing data; you are the architect of our remuneration frameworks and the engine behind our cross-functional project success.
Design & Innovate: Own the Compensation & Benefit strategy defining the direction for salary bands bonus structures and our diverse benefit portfolio.
Expert Partnering: Act as the subject matter expert for remuneration in support of Union and Workers Council negotiations. By providing robust technical frameworks and validated data you empower our Labour Relations partner to lead transparent negotiations and finalise informed decisions.
Stakeholder & Project Steering: Take the lead on complex C&B projects steering initiatives across Finance HR Controlling and Tech teams. You ensure alignment between financial forecasting and people operations to drive seamless execution.
Tech-Forward Excellence: Leverage Workday and AI-based tools to perform Equal Pay audits and automate calculation cycles. Youll use predictive modelling to forecast the financial impact of our future growth.
Global Compliance: Navigate cross-border tax regulations with ease ensuring our international colleagues have compliant and attractive remuneration packages.
Who You Are
We believe potential comes in many forms. While experience in finance or consulting is a plus we are primarily looking for these core strengths:
Analytical & Influential Mastery: You translate raw data into clear decision papers that tell a compelling story for stakeholders. Your ability to manage expectations across Finance and Tech is essential for success.
Technical Savvy & AI Affinity: You have a deep understanding of job evaluation systems and salary banding. Proficiency in Workday is a significant advantage as is the experience or affinity for identifying and implementing AI-driven efficiency gains.
European C&B Expertise: Ideally you bring knowledge of frameworks within the Netherlands Germany and Spain. Familiarity with Dutch Workers Councils (Ondernemingsraad) or cross-border tax is a major plus.
Collaborative & Agile: You enjoy working in an expert capacity supporting negotiators with speed accuracy and a team-first mindset.
Multilingual Skills: Professional proficiency in English and German is essential to thrive in our international environment. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a nice-to-have but is not required.
