Job Summary

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for Enterprise Sales to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving our enterprise sales strategy cultivating new business opportunities and achieving growth targets within our target market segments.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new enterprise-level clients through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address clients unique challenges and objectives effectively positioning our products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal with closure ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market developments providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


Requirements

The Successful Applicant
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelors and a Masters degree in the relevant field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
