Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC Fire Alarm and MEP systems particularly in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates BOQs tender submissions and technical evaluations for facility management contracts.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projects
- Analyze drawings specifications and scope for HVAC Fire Alarm and MEP systems
- Prepare BOQs material take-offs and pricing sheets
- Conduct site visits for assessment and scope verification
- Coordinate with procurement team for vendor quotations
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing
- Prepare tender documents and commercial submissions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Support technical clarifications during bidding stage
- Assist in variation cost estimation and project budgeting
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 510 years experience in MEP/FM estimation
- Proven experience in High-Rise Building Estimation Projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers AHU FCU Ducting)
- Good understanding of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
- Experience in BOQ preparation and tender documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and estimation software
- Strong analytical and cost control skills
- GCC experience preferred
- Available for immediate joining
