Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Generate business for Original Equipment and Aftermarket
- Sales & Marketing activities of WMI products in Bihar and Jharkhand state.
- Techno commercial proposals preparation
- Handling techno-commercial discussions and order conclusion
- Order closing and sign off with client
- Responsible for generating business from the region as per agreed objectives to meet the company KPIs.
- Weekly Update and data collection on new business opportunities customer next move reports way to meet the customer requirements etc.
- Conducting presentation and other sales promotional activities.
- Regular visits to customers in the region.
- Receivable Management.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Mechanical.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in sales & marketing of slurry pumps / Minerals Processing equipment / Exposure to industrial product sales in Eastern India.
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
