We Are Looking For

The Manager Continuous Improvement is responsible for driving commercial and operational excellence across FDH Electronics Sales functions including customer support long-term agreement (LTA) contract management product management and related processes. This role partners closely with Sales Operations leadership to translate business and customer objectives into scalable efficient and standardized processes. The Manager Continuous Improvement will lead structured data-driven improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience responsiveness contract execution pricing accuracy and overall commercial performance. Through hands-on engagement with cross-functional teams this role builds continuous improvement capability strengthens daily management systems and ensures improvements are sustained to support profitable growth customer satisfaction and long-term business performance.

What Youll Do

As a Manager Continuous Improvement (Commercial) you will be responsible for:

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial functions to improve customer experience responsiveness accuracy and commercial execution
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within customer-facing and sales support teams
  • Align improvement initiatives with FDH Electronics sales strategy customer commitments and growth objectives

Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze current-state sales operations processes including order management customer support workflows LTA contract administration pricing and product lifecycle management to identify inefficiencies and root causes of performance gaps
  • Design and implement optimized future-state processes that improve speed accuracy transparency and scalability
  • Develop document and standardize procedures workflows and best practices across Sales Operations functions

Lean & Continuous Improvement Tools

  • Lead and facilitate structured improvement activities such as Kaizen events value stream mapping standard work development and problem-solving workshops within Sales Operations
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to drive sustainable measurable improvements
  • Embed continuous improvement tools into daily sales operations and management routines

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales Finance IT Supply Chain Quality and Operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on customer impact revenue protection and operational efficiency
  • Support system enhancements and CRM/ERP improvements that enable more effective sales operations and customer engagement

Implementation Excellence

  • Lead the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives in the Commercial organization ensuring solutions are fully operationalized and integrated into day-to-day workflows.
  • Translate improvement designs into clear process documentation standard work and role accountability.
  • Drive cross-functional execution remove implementation barriers and ensure timelines and impact targets are achieved.

Performance Measurement & Sustainability

  • Establish and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to validate impact.
  • Implement governance mechanisms to ensure ongoing adherence to new processes.
  • Identify sustainability risks and initiate corrective actions to prevent regression


What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management Supply Chain or a related field required
  • 5 years of experience in continuous improvement sales operations customer support commercial operations or a related environment
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives in customer-facing or commercial operations
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience in electronics distribution manufacturing or a similar B2B environment is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with CRM ERP and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel BI tools)
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and applies them effectively within sales operations and customer-facing environments
  • Applies structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to identify issues develop effective solutions and deliver measurable data-backed results.
  • Leverages data and performance metrics to evaluate sales operations processes and support fact-based decision-making.
  • Effectively leads and influences change across cross-functional customer-facing teams
  • Collaborates across Sales Product Management and Operations to align improvement initiatives with business and customer objectives
  • Manages multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously prioritizing efforts to maximize customer impact and commercial value.
  • Communicates clearly and facilitates discussions that drive alignment accountability and execution.
  • Maintains a results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail ensuring improvements are implemented measured and sustained.

Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
