The Inbound Lead Specialist is the first point of contact for potential customers and plays a critical role in shaping their first impression of our company. This role is not about answering phones - its about owning inbound opportunities and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

What Youll Be Responsible For
- Responding to inbound leads from:
- Website forms
- Phone calls
- Google and paid lead platforms
- Referrals and other inbound channels
- Making immediate contact with new leads via phone text and email
- Executing consistent and professional follow-up until the lead is:
- Scheduled
- Routed appropriately
- Or clearly closed out
- Owning each leads outcome - not just making one attempt and moving on
- Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up tracking
- Providing clear call direction and routing when customers need other departments
- Delivering a top-tier professional customer experience every time

- High contact and booking rates
- Persistent organized follow-up
- Customers who feel heard helped and respected
- Strong communication with the sales and operations teams
