What Youll Be Doing
As a Negotiator youll be an integral part of an award-winning team. Youll be smashing targets growing the business and delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Registering customers and matching them with suitable properties
- Generating and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers and tenants and landlords to achieve mutual satisfaction
- Maximising branch income by cross-selling other services such as mortgages conveyancing and insurance
- Managing administrative tasks such as preparing documents booking appointments and maintaining customer records
- Delivering an exceptional service to our customers by providing them with regular updates on their transactions
What Youll Need
- High energy persistence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skills in closing deals and objection-handling
- Communication active listening and rapport-building expertise to understand customer needs and to work as part of a team
- Good time management and organisation
- The ability to travel to properties for appointments on a regular basis
