Role Definition

  • As a Customer Service Representative youll be the first line of support for our customersproviding fast clear and friendly assistance. Youll coordinate services resolve issues and offer recommendations that help solve our customers toughest challenges.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute core customer service processes and manage customer accounts
  • Communicate directly with our customers to build strong positive customer relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Resolve customer enquiries with accuracy clarity professionalism and empathy
  • Communicate directly with both Dutch and English-speaking customers to support our customers and business
  • Investigate issues and provide resolutions for our customers and business partners
  • Interpret analyse and process data to support effective decisionmaking
  • Maintain detailed compliant customer communication records
  • Collaborate with a broad range of teams to support our customers and partners

Contract: Permanent.
Hours: In office Monday - Friday full time 37.5 hours.
