As the Country Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sustained growth and operational excellence for Weir Minerals Indonesia in one of Southeast Asias most dynamic mineral markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Lead and grow the business ensuring strategic alignment with regional and global goals
Build and manage high-performing teams across sales service and operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Oversee financial performance budgeting and reporting ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
Foster strong relationships with mining companies government bodies and industry stakeholders to support business growth
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand our reach and impact

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

Proven experience in mining construction or heavy equipment industries with proven leadership in country-level operations
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking with a track record of driving revenue and market growth
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience engaging with government industry bodies and major clients
Ability to manage a broad spectrum of tasks under pressure ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agreed timescales.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across Indonesia and internationally as required
