Job Summary
Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant
Location: Cairo / On-site / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Company
A Large premium Food Manufacturing Group is looking to hire an Experienced Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant to lead the accounting function ensure financial accuracy and maintain full compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and the general ledger.

Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with IFRS / local accounting standards and tax regulations.

Oversee AP AR payroll and fixed assets.
-
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
-
Coordinate with external auditors tax advisors and banks.

Supervise and develop the accounting team.
-
Support budgeting cash flow monitoring and financial controls.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
510 years of accounting experience including a leadership role.
-
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP Oracle Odoo etc.).

Advanced Excel skills.
-
Strong attention to detail and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
-
CMA CPA ACCA or equivalent certification.
-
Experience in industry: Manufacturing / Real Estate / Trading / Services.

Prior experience managing audits and tax inspections.
