Job Summary
Housekeeping Manager
5 Star Hotel Dubai UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Female Housekeeping Manager to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about cleanliness service excellence and leading housekeeping operations to the highest luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms and public areas

Lead train and motivate housekeeping supervisors and attendants to ensure high performance
-
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and luxury presentation standards are consistently met
-
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to manage room status VIP arrivals and special requests
-
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and service standards
-
Ensure proper use control and inventory management of cleaning materials and equipment
-
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
-
Prepare housekeeping schedules manage attendance and assign tasks effectively
-
Ensure full compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
-
Monitor maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions

Prepare reports budgets and performance evaluations
Candidate Profile:
-
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel preferred
-
Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred

Strong leadership organizational and team management skills
-
High attention to detail and commitment to luxury cleanliness standards

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
