Provide leadership direction and support to a team of Back Office Individual contributors.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment promoting teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals priorities and performance expectations.
Coach and mentor team members providing feedback guidance and opportunities for growth and development.
Manage team schedules workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure effective task execution.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the execution of administrative tasks and operational processes by the backoffice team.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks related to account activation product setup billing and customer support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the back-office operations.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives projects and partnerships.
Coordinate with Customer Owners Partnership teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and projects.
Lead by example in driving collaboration communication and alignment across teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs to onboard new team members and enhance the skills and capabilities of existing team members.
Provide ongoing training coaching and support to ensure that team members are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
Identify training needs and opportunities for skills development within the team and facilitate appropriate training interventions.
Performance Management:
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Recognize and reward exceptional performance while addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Work closely with HR to address staffing needs recruit top talent and ensure a high-performing team.
