角色与职责

负责执行实验室和现场验证测试产品和服务的设计和验证所用的检查和数据采集负责测试设施仪器系统的设计和建设以及测试软件的开发
深入了解一门技术学科利用先前的经验和获得的技术专业知识来执行政策/策略
深入理解关键业务驱动力用这种理解来完成自己的工作深入了解自己团队的工作如何与其他团队融合并为该领域做出贡献
具有一定程度的判断能力并能够在有指导的条件下在设置参数之外提出不同的解决方案利用先前的经验和在职培训来解决简单的任务拥有解决问题所需的技术技能和分析思维可以使用自己团队以外的多个内部资源来做出决定
此级别的职位很可能是具有公认的人际交往能力的个人贡献者或是可以雇用和培养人才的早期领导者为新团队成员提供非正式指导

基本资格

该岗位要求在领域具有较丰富的工作经验学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历
本科具有三年以上工作经验硕士1年以上工作经验
硬件相关专业

所需特性

优秀的口头和书面沟通能力优秀的人际关系和领导能力能够影响他人并领导小型团队领导中等范围和影响的计划能够同时协调多个项目有效的问题识别和解决技能可靠的分析和组织能力
