Job Summary
Job Title: Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Per Diem)

OT Pay: $80 per visit or $90000$110000 annually (based on caseload)
COTA Pay: $50-60 per visit
Location: Oahu HI (Must have reliable transportation)
Flexible Schedule: Choose your patients per diem available

Were currently hiring licensedOccupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy assistants who are passionate about improving lives through quality in-home and community-based therapy.

- Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes.
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments including fall risk evaluations.
- Oversee client progress and ensure top-notch care.
What Were Looking For:
- Licensed OT or OTA in Hawaii
- 1 year of clinical or home health experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
