Job Summary

The entry level Project Coordinatorsupports branch operations by assisting with clerical administrative and accounting functions related to job management. This entry-level role plays a key part in the day-to-day office operations including customer communication billing accounts receivable and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.


What Youll Do

  • Support project administrative activities from start to finish
  • Provide professional customer service and communication
  • Manage schedules accurately using office software
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections
  • Track projects and prepare reports
  • Maintain project documentation across multiple software platforms
  • Manage details for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage shared resources
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Issue and manage purchase orders and assist with accounts payable
  • Work with temporary staffing agencies as needed
  • Process and manage daily time records for payroll
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

  • 1 year of office administration or related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data entry accuracy
  • Experience with accounts receivable or billing
  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and office software
  • Working knowledge of Outlook Excel and Word
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Environment
    • Professional in-office setting
    • Regular use of standard office equipment (computers phones copiers filing systems)
    • This position is on-site and cannot be performed remotely
