Marketing Manager - Wound Closure & Healing Nordics

  • Prepare and execute long and short-term marketing tasks in co-operation with local management team and EMEA teams
  • Manage product portfolio introductions: from product registrations pricing to product launch and launch follow up
  • Regular and frequent product/market communication with local and EMEA Marketing team
  • Responsible for sales campaigns (Initiate execute follow up)
  • Responsible of selling strategies sales processes pricing and commercial models
  • Works closely with the local and EMEA supply chain in order to optimize product availability
  • Together with BUD and management team generate yearly marketing plan according franchise strategy and goals
  • Responsible for Advertising & Promotion budget
  • Initiate and manage therapy expansion activities
  • Maintains close partnering relationships with KOLs
  • Report market changes trends competitive intelligence and anticipate changes in the external environment
  • Support franchise business planning by collecting and analyzing key market information
  • Follow HCC guidelines of the suppliers as well as those of the local organization Lead product safety related activities with EMEA and local Quality team

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree MBA or Advanced degree
  • Strong network and deep knowledge about the Nordic health care environment
  • Solid experience in the healthcare business preferably at managerial level and preferably in the surgical environment
  • Ability to travel in the Nordics countries 20% travel required
  • Located in any of the Nordic countries Sweden Denmark Norway or Finland
  • Fluent in any Nordic language and spoken English.
  • Experience within omnichannel campaigns and digital marketing is a plus
