Following GE HealthCares recent acquisition of Icometrix into the Magnetic Resonance family there is a unique opportunity to shape the future of brain imaging AI in MR. The organization can leverage this to strengthen GE MRs position in the marketplace and deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform patient care. To maximize this impact we are seeking a Program Manager with technical software expertise to lead full integration of Icometrix capabilities into GE MR practices. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic alignment ensuring seamless execution and enabling innovation at scale.
The Program Manager will ensure successful end-to-end integration of the Icometrix organization based in Belgium. This collaboration should enable effortless workflows and faster development leveraging Icometrixs capabilities while also driving integration and innovation with the GE MR businesses scale. With increased AI automation we are best positioned to delight our customers by improving clinical outcomes while driving operational efficiency.
This role is responsible for integration of full SDLC development and delivery of complex medical device software as well as planning and coordinating integration of third-party software that enriches our product portfolio. The Program Manager will achieve successful delivery by:

Roles and Responsibilities
Cross-functional project execution leadership including (but not limited to) concept discussion program execution clinical and pilot trials product field delivery install base support
Leads PI Planning Program Cadence and Program reporting coordinating with RTEs POs Product Management CPOs scrum masters and third-party stakeholders as needed
Defines and interprets program metrics and KPIs to ensure on-time delivery with quality within budget
Actively demonstrates and cultivates a continuous improvement mindset while coaching teams as needed in root cause analysis brainstorming etc.
Driving effective communication across business units and functions globally
Leads change through creative solutions to product process and system design issues
Manages program budget and corresponding engineering operations data
Works with software SMEs to assist in assessing software quality and maturity in support of M&A activities
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or equivalent (Masters preferred)
Minimum 8 years project management experience leading large-scale software application development in medical device or another regulated environment. This is not an IT role.
Minimum of 5 years experience doing full SDCL development of complex software applications
Prior experience with assessing and integrating M&A products and capabilities
Minimum of 3 years experience in operating with Scaled Agile environment
Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality performance schedule and budget CTQs
Demonstrated expert knowledge of software engineering program management and business planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle
Fluent with Project Smartsheet Excel Power Point Power BI Confluence Rally Jira DevOps and similar tools
Strong familiarity with ISO FDA 62304 and other regulatory standards
MBA
PMP or similar certification
Lean Six-Sigma Certification
SAFe SPC CSM or similar certified
7 years relevant industry experience preferably in a regulated medical software industry such as CT MR or other imaging modality
Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the business unit.
Sound technical and domain experience in at least one functional technology area.
Excellent communication influencing skills and ability to gain buy-in for initiatives demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Self-starter energizing demonstrated problem solver results oriented and able to multi-task
Proven mentoring and coaching abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others
