Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in helping shape our clients technology programmes from designing innovative digital products and services to enterprise-grade platforms leveraging emerging technology. You will lead solution design in pursuit of business vision working hands-on with engineering teams to translate strategy into reality. Youll also influence broader technology direction through advising on architectural strategy pattern and standard definition and promoting effective governance.

Youll create customer-centric solutions while guiding small impactful teams through complex technical challenges in agile delivery. Finally you will also contribute to our Technology and Engineering Practice by mentoring junior architects fostering knowledge sharing across our technical community and driving commercial value at Capco through delivery excellence and active participation in business development initiatives.

Required Experience
To succeed in this role you should have proven experience in:

Designingscalableresilientsolutionarchitecturesthatalignwithenterprisestrategiesandbusinessoutcomes.
Workingacrosslegacyandmodernenvironmentsincludingatleastonemajorcloudplatform(AWSGoogleCloudorAzure).
DeployingmodernarchitecturepatternsincludingmicroservicesAPIseventssagascontainerisationandserverless.
ExperiencewithinatleastonecoreFinancialServicesdomain:CapitalMarketsRetailBankingPaymentsInsuranceorWealth&AssetManagement.
Translatingbusinessrequirementsintoclearimplementabletechnicaldesignsthroughpersonalleadershipandworkingcloselywithengineeringteams.
Buildingtrustedrelationshipswithseniorleadershipandinfluencingkeydecisions.
Operatingwithinagiledeliverymodelsandmoderndeliverypractices().
Applyingrecognisedarchitectureframeworksmethodsortechniques(-DrivenDesignorNIST)inapragmaticway.
