RoleDescription

AtACESwearecommittedtoelevatingthestandardsinthetreatmentofautism.

The Strategic Finance Analyst will support financial analyses that inform company operations and priorities including initiatives that advance clinical excellence. This role will work closely with members of the Finance and Accounting teams as well as field operations and other departmental stakeholders to develop data-driven insights that support efficient and effective delivery of care. As part of a lean6-person Finance team the Analyst will play a key role in preparing financial models dashboards and ad hoc analyses used in strategic and operational decision-making. The Analyst will gain exposure across the organization and contribute to projects that help the company scale responsibly and fulfill its clinical mission while developinga strong foundationin healthcare and strategic finance.

This role will report to theVP of Finance with closeinteractions with theChief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation maintenance and refinement of financial analyses that inform strategic and operational decision-making

• Examples include unit economics analyses performance tracking pricing and wage analysis support de novo modelingassistance and M&A diligence support

• Build financial models data analyses and recurring reports to support the Strategic Finance Associates VP of Finance and CFO

• Contribute to regular financial reporting and dashboards used by the Finance team and executive leadership tomonitorfinancial trends and operational performance

• Partner with cross-functional teams across finance accounting operations and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives and program design

• Assistregional leaders and Care Teams by providing analytical support that enables effective execution of key clinical and business priorities

• Participate in cross-functional projects by coordinating analyses timelines and outputs to support successful execution with guidance from senior team members

Werelookingfora motivated analytically curious Strategic Finance Analyst who is excited to builda strong foundationin strategic and healthcare finance

• 02 years of experience in finance analytics consulting or related field; strong internships or relevant project experience considered

• Self-starter and critical thinker whocanwork independently to frame and solve problems

• Bachelors degreerequired; coursework in finance accounting economics business management or related fields preferred

• Demonstrated history of strong academic performance

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with complex financial and operational data

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively

• Intellectual curiosity and critical-thinking skills with a willingness to learn how to frame and solve business problems

• Ability to clearly summarize and communicate analytical insights both verbally and in writing

• Collaborative team player who can build effective working relationships across Finance Accounting Operations and Clinical teams

• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset; willing to go the extra mile to ensure high-quality work product

• Proficiencyin the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to Power BI or other analytics tools a plus

• Interest in healthcare population health or mission-driven organizations; prior healthcare exposure is a plus but notrequired

• Exposure to ERP EHR or financial systems is a plus

• Ability and desire to work in an agile fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 15 pounds
