Job Summary

Position Title: Territory Incharge Location: PAN India Reporting To: Territory Manager Department: Services - YMS Objective: To manage end-to-end operational compliance and inventory processes for assigned yards ensure accurate system updates drive financial outcomes resolve field issues promptly and support business growth through strong execution and relationship management. Accountability: Manage day-to-day operations at regional repo yards ensuring all vehicle entries and exits are updated in YMS in real time. Conduct mandatory monthly physical stock counts on the 1st of every month and reconcile variances within stipulated timelines. Carry out JCP field inspections to audit yard infrastructure records and documentation including verification activities to identify discrepancies in portal entries. Ensure timely collection of NDC signatures for payouts follow up on invoice clearances and achieve defined revenue and inventory targets for the financial year. Ensure all client agreements are duly signed maintain accurate MIS reports and monitor online collections for operational accuracy. Resolve operational issues immediately through coordinated action and continuously identify and engage potential new clients to grow the business. Competencies: Strong understanding of operational processes compliance practices and field coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel MIS handling and documentation review. Good communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving capability attention to detail and ability to work independently. Experience: Graduation/Diploma in any discipline. 35 years of relevant experience in operations yard management field audits compliance client coordination or related functions.
