Optimal on behalf of a client of oursa global leader in insights-on-demandis seeking driven Business Consulting Associates to join a rapidly expanding team. This role is well-suited for ambitious intellectually curious professionals who enjoy problem-solving client interaction and exposure to diverse industries and markets.
As a Business Consulting Associate you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making for leading organizations. You will work at the frontline of client engagementsunderstanding business needs identifying the right experts and facilitating high-impact insight exchanges that inform critical business outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Assess and identify the most suitable industry experts based on client objectives and project requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and market specialists
- Conduct targeted research across industries functions and geographies
- Engage and recruit experts through structured outreach and relationship-building
- Develop core consulting capabilities including stakeholder management negotiation time management and professional communication
What Were Looking For
