Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team at Wayne Center. This is a new opening for a day-shift CNA experienced in providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.

The ideal candidate will support nursing staff by assisting residents with daily activities while ensuring safety dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support mobility transfers and positioning
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist with feeding hygiene and grooming
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

Active CNA Certification (State-specific)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work 1st shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
Professional reliable and patient-focused attitude
