Estate Services Officer
Job Summary
As an Estate Services Officer at Amplius youll provide a highquality visible presence across our housing estates projects and schemes throughout North East Lincolnshire Housing Related Support in Grimsby. You will play a key role in ensuring our communal areas properties and environments are safe clean and wellmaintained; helping us promote dignity wellbeing and a positive experience for all customers.
Salary: 28125.08
Contract: Permanent
Your week: 36.25 (Mon Fri)
Location: On Site - Hainton Avenue Grimsby
What youll be doing
- The role provides a consistent presence across estates ensuring communal areas are kept clean safe and free from hazards.
- You will complete daytoday maintenance tasks including minor repairs decoration basic joinery and plumbing when required.
- Regular inspections will be carried out to identify issues early with anything beyond your remit reported to the manager.
- You will support property turnaround helping bring void homes up to lettable standards and contributing to reduced void times.
- Compliance responsibilities include completing fire alarm checks supporting inspections and maintaining accurate written or electronic records.
- You will work closely with colleagues customers local authorities partner agencies and contractors to maintain high standards across the region.
What were looking for
- Experience carrying out cleaning maintenance decoration or repair tasks within a similar environment.
- Youll bring a practical handson approach with the ability to complete minor repairs confidently and safely.
- You should be comfortable working independently managing your workload and meeting agreed timescales.
- Clear confident communication is important including the ability to keep accurate records and report issues promptly.
- You will be customerfocused approachable and able to support customers with basic life skills such as cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- An awareness of fire safety confidentiality and general health and safety responsibilities is essential.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is required.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
