With a mission to drive digital transformation through outstanding design scalable software and high-performing e-commerce platforms they are now looking for an experienced Team Lead to guide their talented team and contribute to the companys continued growth.

What Youll Do

Lead a cross-functional team of around 8 software developers designers and project managers.

Act as a mentor supporting both professional and personal development while creating a motivating people-first work environment.

Balance people client value and commercial thinking to ensure long-term success.

Play a strategic role in shaping processes and contributing insights at management level.

Manage key client relationships: respond quickly to requests strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.

Take ownership of team-related numbers including resource planning controlling and reporting.

What Youll Have

Minimum 5 years of professional experience ideally in a consultancy or agency setting.

Strong leadership skills: you dont need to be a coding expert but you are confident making clear decisions and taking responsibility.

Ability to quickly identify challenges develop alternative solutions and act with a pragmatic solution-oriented mindset.

Proven experience in leading diverse teams recognising individual strengths and uniting people toward shared success.

Client-facing skills: trusted by customers for your reliability empathy and ability to balance people value and cost.
