QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work independently and organize work routine to meet performance expectations
- Follow safe work practices
- Safe ladder use is required
- Heavy lifting is required and proper body mechanics used
- Recent and relevant housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of Extendicare housekeeping policies and procedures and Best Practices principles is an asset
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices
- Able to work different shifts days or evenings
- Able to work in both Laundry and Housekeeping
