Overview
Provides professional nursing care to patients within the medical practice in support of and as directed by the physicians. Assists the physician in the treatment of patients and completes related clinical paperwork. The incumbent in this position shall carry out his or her responsibilities and integrate into his or her work ethic the Mercy Philosophy of caring for the sick and suffering respect for human life and the dignity of each person applying Christian values to all crucial human issues in the area over which he or she has communicating with patients families visitors and employees a caring friendly personal and professional approach is expected. Position Details:

No nights! No major holidays!

This position is part-time working three 8 hour days. The office is open Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 5:30PM

Friday/Saturday: occasional

Job Description Overview:

1. Communicate regularly with providers and staff

2. Triage patient calls

Assess/evaluate their needs

Discuss needs with providers and communicate actions back to the patients

Act in kindness and show compassion to all who call

3. Room patients for providers (take vitals perform urine collections)

4. Assist providers with in-office procedures (cystoscopies bladder injections laser therapy).

5. Perform Urodynamics testing.

On the job training provided.

Education: RN degree.

Licensure: Requires current Missouri RN license

Experience: Minimum of one to two years clinical experience. New graduates considered.
