WHY:The purpose of this role isto strengthen Program Management Office (PMO) execution by applying consistent processes improving visibility and supporting disciplined delivery of manufacturing electrical commitments.

WHAT:As a Program Manager you will coordinate and integrate crossfunctional deliverables track timing and risks and ensure clarity of ownership to keep assigned programs and initiatives on schedule and aligned. Your work helps teams stay organized informed and executionfocused.

HOW:Supporting theorganizationto make it happenforour customers.

WhatYoullDo(Responsibilities):

  • Apply PMO processes and standard work to ensure visibility predictability and consistent execution of assigned program deliverables.

  • Coordinate crossfunctional teamsincluding Manufacturing Engineering Operations Software Vehicle PMO and Product Engineeringto align timing risks and dependencies.

  • Innovate and modernize PM practices byleveragingautomation AI and digital tools to streamline reporting improve transparency and reduce manual effort across the organization.

  • Identify and escalate risks early ensuring clarity in ownership and followthrough to maintain program momentum.

  • Contribute to PMO maturity by documenting lessons learned improving processes and sharing best practices across teams.

  • Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functionsincludingsoftware manufacturing and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.

Your Skills and Abilities (RequiredQualifications):

  • 3 years of professional experience withdemonstratedresponsibility for coordinating or driving complex workstreams program deliverables or multiteam initiatives- whether in manufacturing engineering software operations or similar environments.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional workstreams with clarity and followthrough.

  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across functions with competing priorities.

  • Strong communication skillsable to summarize complex information clearly for all levels of the organization.

  • Alignment with GM Behaviors and a commitment to a collaborative peoplefirst culture.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience applying or helping develop PMO frameworks governance models or standardized processes.

  • Experience using Jira Jira Align or similar Agile/portfolio management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to modernize program management through automation AI and digital tools.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing electrical systems SDV architectures or control module reflash processes.

Work Arrangement - Onsite

The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis.This role requires up to10%domesticand international travel.
