What Success Looks Like

Own Daily Execution on the Floor

• Lead by example while driving production quality and safety expectations

• Maintain real-time awareness of performance and intervene when standards slip

• Ensure work is performed to standard and risks are escalated immediately

Support Team Performance

• Provide real-time coaching and direction to operators

• Reinforce positive behaviors and performance

• Address minor performance or conduct issues early and escalate when needed

Be a Strong Communicator

• Clearly communicate expectations changes and priorities to the team

• Share accurate information with your Supervisor regarding staffing issues and risks

• Help ensure smooth shift handoffs

Safety & Compliance

• Actively identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors

• Immediately report safety incidents and near misses

• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards

Continuous Improvement Mindset

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

• Encourage team input on process and quality improvements

• Participate in RCCA and improvement activities as directed

Professional Accountability

• Maintain appropriate boundaries and professionalism

• Represent leadership decisions consistently and professionally

Schedule & Expectations

This role operates within a value stream production schedule and requires consistent presence on the floor.

General work schedule will be Mon-Thurs 5:30a-4pm with occasional OT to meet business needs.
