Position OverviewAs Assabet Community Education continues to expand its evening programming and student enrollment there is a growing need for consistent front-office coverage during evening hours. The Evening Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for adult learners instructors and community members ensuring a welcoming organized and secure environment for all evening programming. This position supports the successful operation of career training and enrichment programs by providing high-quality customer service and administrative : MondayThursday 4:30 PM 9:00 PM (18 hours/week)Work Year: Approximately 38 weeks aligned with the Community Education calendarKey ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist evening students instructors and visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerManage incoming phone calls emails and general inquiries related to evening programsSupport student check-in attendance tracking and classroom navigationProvide administrative support to the Community Education office as neededAssist with program registrations general questions and basic course informationMaintain an organized professional and welcoming front office environmentCoordinate with evening administrators facilities and custodial/security staff as neededSupport smooth daily operations of evening programming and events
