Compensation Package
- Salary Range:
- Personal Lines Account Manager: $55000 - $70000
- Commercial Lines Account Manager: $65000 - $80000

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of personal or commercial insurance accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on their insurance options and ensuring their coverage meets their needs.
- Review policy renewals and proactively retain current customers.
- Process quotes and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (5 years preferred for Personal Linescandidates).
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance practices; experience with captives is a plus for Personal Linescandidates.
- Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a focused no-drama work environment.
