A Day in the Life

Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation or salary administration preferably in manufacturing plants.
Experience managing variable compensation schemes incentives salary market analysis salary scales and compensation structures.
Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance with internal policies.

Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Experience using human resource management systems (e.g. Tress Workday).
Intermediate-advanced English

Soft Skills
Critical analysis and attention to detail.
Effective communication with different levels of the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Teamwork collaboration and interdepartmental collaboration.
Confidentiality and professional ethics.

Main Responsibilities
Manage and update salary scales.
Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.

Propose improvements to compensation schemes.
Manage and update compensation policies.
Ensure compliance with corporate and legal policies regarding compensation.
Provide guidance to leaders and employees on compensation practices.
Support internal and external audits related to payments and compensation.
Generate reports and analyses to support management decision-making.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Accounting Finance or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation or salary administration preferably in manufacturing plants.
    Experience managing variable compensation schemes incentives salary market analysis salary scales and compensation structures.
    Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance with internal policies.
