Job Description:

• This role is responsible for auditing and overseeing projects related to acquisitions and integrations within Global Services ensuring accurate project information compliance and effective coordination across global and regional teams. Acting as a key bridge between external stakeholders senior leaders and internal managers the position facilitates communication alignment and project execution across multiple initiativesprimarily in North America and outside LATAM.

  The role requires strong project management capabilities organizational skills influence and proactive communication. It involves daily interaction with global leadership advanced English proficiency and a solid background in finance or accounting.

  Experience working within global service structuressuch as Account to Report and Invoice to Cashis essential. The position will also support PMOtype activities to drive integration efforts for

  newly acquired companies within a hybrid work environment.

• Support audit and LE separation workstream on current A&D projects.

• Deliver operational excellence on SLAs via the new process / experience-based model.

• Population of quarterly registers and ERP extracts FLUX commentary and template review.

• Closely cooperate with External audit provide sample evidence and support on audit queries.

• Fully observing Compliance Internal Audit & SOX requirements.

• Explore and promote automation within current processes and implement solutions.

• Drive further standardization.

• Share knowledge and responsibilities with more junior colleagues provide leadership through the projects. Serve as a role model / mentor to them.

• Independently execute assigned projects and regularly report to project lead.

• Perform timely closing activities as per J&J closing calendar and in accordance with Transition Service Agreement (TSA) commitments.

• Ensure accuracy and prepare appropriate substantiation of BS reconciliations of A&D accounts;

• Review and analyze monthly TSA financial reports

• Deliver TSA exit activities - deal accounting BS and P&L review and support post TSA exit tasks.

• Drive divestiture audit data transformation and reconciliation items resolution technical issues and sound D&A related advice and support.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
