Job description: Role Objective

InterioKeys is looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can handle both graphic design and video editing. This role is for someone who understands branding works fast and can translate ideas into strong visual content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Create high-quality creatives for:

Social media posts & ads.

Website banners & landing pages.

Presentations pitch decks & marketing material.

Ensure brand consistency across all designs.

Adapt designs quickly based on feedback.

Video Editing

Social media (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn).

Ads reels and promotional content.

Add basic animations transitions subtitles and effects.

Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

Tools & Skills (Must-Have)

Strong working knowledge of:

Adobe Photoshop.

Adobe Illustrator.

Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent).

Understanding of:

Social media content formats.

Visual hierarchy typography and color theory.

Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of hands-on design and video editing experience.

Strong portfolio (design video work mandatory).

Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ability to take feedback positively and implement quickly.

Nice to Have

Motion graphics experience.

Knowledge of Canva (for quick edits).

Basic understanding of branding and marketing.

What This Role Is NOT

Not a purely creative “concept-only” role.

Not suitable if you only design static posts or only edit videos.

Not for people who need constant supervision.
