Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembler to be responsible for assembling parts and components according to our manufacturing operating procedures. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent attention to detail with a minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing/assembly setting.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Long Beach CA and requires on-site presence five days a week.

What youll do:

Primary Responsibilities:

Use hand and/or power tools (such as wire stripper crimper drills soldering station) to assemble and/or package a complete product from scratch or sub-assemblies
Acknowledge and communicate product rejects/non-conforming items to Leads to resolve
Receive and maintain certified trained status for updated revisions in all relevant Production Lines and their individual stations
Document production activities accurately and promptly
Report any issues or defects to the supervisor immediately
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional activities as needed
Work schedule may include shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands
Assist in cross-training of production employees
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
Must be able to read understand and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English as well as verbal instructions to complete assignments in a timely manner
Must have a strong work ethic able to take directions and willing to ask questions when clarity is needed
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand walk and work with hands for extended periods
Ability to plan track & complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to lift 50 lbs with assistance

Preferred:

1 year production leadership experience
Experience with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

Base Pay: $19.47 to $22.00/hour

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenue-based metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacials total rewards package for our employees.
